Responsible for the development, management and oversight of the Global Immigration and Mobility program
for all Tesla companies.

• Provided support to over 2500 foreign nationals, 700 business travelers and over 1,000 relocation cases.
Provide strategic advice to business units to support the recruitment, retention and internal movement of talent.

• Lead the design and implementation of Tesla’s Global immigration strategy, policy and compliance program
including the design and implementation of a cloud based case initiation, and case assessment tool.

• Lead the design, development and implementation of the business traveler program ensuring compliance with
ever changing Global Immigration laws and cloud based internal business traveler assessment and case
initiation and referral tool.

• Lead the design and implementation of a metrics “dashboard” to track KPI of program.

• Personal responsibility for all Leadership (VIP) immigration and relocation matters

• Responsible for compliance with all worldwide immigration laws, including right to work laws, business visitor
regulations, temporary and permanent employment authorization.

• Temporarily led and supervised a wide range of Global Mobility issues for the company, including expatriate
assignments, permanent relocation of employees.

• Manage the internal team of attorneys and paralegals and outside counsel relationships providing immigration
case services and compliance advice to all business units in the world.

• Responsible for the oversight of the I-9 and E-Verify compliance program for all Tesla U.S. companies.

• Led the establishment and growth of a specialized center in roasting and distributing high-quality, single-origin, and single-varietal coffees from family-owned Guatemalan farms.

Oversaw operations focusing on hard bean, extra fancy preparation, ensuring top-tier quality in product selection and distribution.

• As CEO and entrepreneur, successfully launched and managed 6 retail coffee stores, directing comprehensive operations, strategic development, and growth initiatives. This venture involved establishing unique store concepts, overseeing daily operations, and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth.

• Successfully pioneered Coffee4MyCause, merging a deep-rooted family legacy in coffee production with a commitment to community support. This initiative uniquely supports non-profits through the sale of premium Guatemalan coffee, transforming each purchase into a meaningful contribution to charitable causes.
